Margie Vanderhye on the Issues
"We all want realistic solutions from our legislators, and that’s not what we’re getting. I will be an effective and responsive leader for the 34th District on the issues we care about: safe and healthy communities and environment, first rate schools, and infrastructure sufficient to support our dynamic economy."
– Margi Vanderhye
As your Delegate in Richmond, Margi will:
- Work for real solutions to our transportation problems with sound investments and smart policies – give our citizens more time of their own to spend being somewhere instead of just sitting in traffic getting nowhere.
- Fight for educational funding and programs to ensure our schools remain among the best in the country, and that the magnitude and diversity of our challenges here in Northern Virginia are addressed.
- Create public private partnerships with community leaders to keep Fairfax County an attractive location to grow businesses and families.
- Preserve and enhance the quality of life in our communities to provide safe, well planned, and environmentally healthy neighborhoods for all of us today and as a legacy for our children.
